Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prediabetes defined at the baseline visit by meeting two of the following three glycemic criterias: (1) FPG 5.5–6.9 mmol/L; (2) 2hPG after 75-g glucose load (7.7–11.0 mmol/L; (3) Hemoglobin A1c 5.7–6.4%; 2. Aged >30 years; 3. BMI 23 -40kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have been diagnosed diabetes; Patients with hyperthyroidism, kidney stones and hypercalcemia; Patients who are taking drugs affecting blood glucose, blood calcium and kidney function(such as calcium, glucocorticoid, etc.) Patients who have had gastrointestinal surgery; Malignant tumor, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and pregnancy
