Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged = 20 years; unstable angina and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were planned for PCI; glomerular filtration rate (GFR) was 15-60 mL/min/1.73 m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing dialysis; lesions requiring coronary artery bypass grafting; acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction; direct or emergency PCI; target vessel complete occlusion; bifurcation lesions requiring double stent technique; IVUS unable to pass or refuse IVUS.
