18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years Male to Female (1-1.5); 2. Positive cohort 1: Confirmed colorectal cancer (I-II stage by pathologists); 3. Positive cohort 2: Carcinoma in situ: intramucosal carcinoma; 4. Negative cohort: Coloscopy was performed within one year, no cancer was found. Other benign colon diseases can be included; 5. Famalial coloreactal cancer cohort.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. during menstruation; 2. diarria, including those administrated with cathartic agent; 3. other cancers present; 4. history of colorectal cancer, expect for secondary primary tumor; 5. inflammatory bowel diseases.
