Age
50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 50 to 85 years old; 2. meet the 2016 ACR and/or EULAR PMR classification criterion; 3. Primary PMR patients without treated with glucocorticoid; 4. VAS >50; 5. CRP > 2 fold UNL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical or pathological indicates the patients got GCA; 2. Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. With a history of malignant tumor for nearly 3 years; 4. Allergic to triptolide.
