Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: AIH was diagnosis by simplified diagnosis critical: (1) The titers of ANA or ASMA = 1:40 are 1 point; (2) ANA or ASMA = 1:80, or LKM = 1:40 or positive soluble liver antibody (SLA) are 2 points, but the maximum points are 2 points; (3) IgG over ULN is 1 point, IgG > 1.10 × ULN is 2 points; (4) histological evidence that is compatible with AIH is 1 point, typical AIH is 2 points; (5) the absence of viral hepatitis is 2 points.[8] The additional points =6 points was probable AIH, and that =7 points was defined AIH. The diagnosis of PBC can be established if two of three objective features are present: serum AMA at titers = 1:40, unexplained elevated ALP = 1.5 times the upper normal value for over 24 weeks and compatible liver histology, specifically nonsupporative cholangitis and interlobular bile duct injury.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with drug-induced hepatitis, fatty hepatitis, viral hepatitis; (2) combined with liver cancer; (3) combined pregnancy or lactation; (4) lack of plenty of examination data; (5) the minors.
