60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60~75 years old; 2. HbA1c <6.4%; 3. Fasting blood glucose <6.9 mmol/L; 4. Clinically, type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or 5. Confirmed the presence of significant clinically significant diabetes; 6. Gait or balance is unrestricted and can live independently in the community; 7. Blood sugar, blood pressure, infection control, hemodynamic stability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically clear diagnosis and treatment for malignant tumors within 5 years before screening; 2. = 2 or more exercises per week, = 20 min each time, accept any resistance exercise in the past 6 months; 3. Acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina or heart failure occurred within 3 months before screening, abnormal electrocardiogram; 4. Antihypertensive, lipid-lowering drug changes or body weight changes = 5% in the past 2 months; 5. Have a history of stroke; 6. Screening laboratory test results are clinically significant: Fasting triglyceride =500mg/dL; Serum creatinine =200umol/L (2.26mg/dL); Urine protein>100mg/L; Hypertension =160/100mmHg; BMI>30kg/m2, waist circumference male>102cm, female>88cm; 7. There are diseases that limit physical activity, chronic arthritis, acute gout, etc.; 8. Advanced neuropathy or retinopathy; 9. Any medical condition that prevents participants from complying with the agreement or safe movement; 10. Cognitive dysfunction (brain dysfunction).
