Age
60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergo elective non-cardiac and non-neurological surgery receiving general anesthesia; 2. With American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II-IV; 3. Operation time is expected to be longer than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With dementia; 2. With cerebrovascular disorders; 3. With heart failure; 4. With liver failure; 5. With renal failure; 6. With traumatic brain injury; 7. Alcohol abuse; 8. Can not complete the cognitive assessments; 9. Refuse to sign informed consent.
