Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed contest; 2. Aged 16 to 65 (including 16, 65 years old); 3. Male waist =90 cm, female waist =85 cm (non- mandatory); 4. T2DM course = 15; 5. 1/2 of fasting serum C-peptide = normal limit; 6.Estimated feasibility of laparoscopic gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy or sleeve gastrectomy + jejunal exclusion Surgery; 7. Body mass index (BMI) ?27.5 [body mass index (BMI) = weight (kg) ÷ height ^2 (m)] (there is one item conforms to topic): (1) =32.5; (2) 27.5<32.5(Having T2DM, Uncontrol blood sugar after lifestyle changes and medication and meet at least 2 additional features of metabolic syndrome or have comorbidities). 8. None absolute contraindications for abdominal surgery: (1) None severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) Preoperative ECOG Physical State rating 0/1; (3) Preoperative ASA score I, II (See the CRF for the specific scoring table); Note: 1) Features of Metabolic syndrome (IDF definitions) include: High triglyceride (fasting TG=1.70 mmol/l), Low HDL cholesterol (male fasting HDL-ch<1.03 mmol/l, female fasting HDL-ch<1.29 mmol/l), hypertension ( Arterial systolic blood pressure =130 mmHg or arterial diastolic pressure =85 mmhg,1 mmhg=0.133 kPa); 2) complications include abnormal glucose metabolism and insulin resistance, obstructive sleep apnea (OSAS), nonalcoholic fatty Hepatitis (NASH), endocrine dysfunction, hyperuricemia, Male sexual dysfunction, polycystic ovarian syndrome, deformed arthritis, renal dysfunction, especially cardiovascular risk factors or T2DM chronic complications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to provide informed consent; 2. Other weight loss surgery,expect for gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy or sleeve gastrectomy + jejunal exclusion Surgery; 3. Prior abdominal operation; 4. Need for concurrent surgical treatment of other diseases or emergency surgery; 5. Mental disorders, behavioral intolerance or abuse of drugs or alcohol addiction or suffering from un-controllable psychiatric disorders; 6. Diagnosis of type 1 diabetes mellitus.
