Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged =18 years old, meet the diagnostic criteria for acute cholecystitis level II (TG18), onset time>72h, and can not be relieved by antibiotics and general supportive treatment, relieved by PTCD treatment; or acute cholecystitis grade III patients treated with PTMGBD; informed consent has been obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with common bile duct stones; ASA IV and V (as defined by the American Society of Anesthesiologists); life-threatening complications or life expectancy <48 hours; end-stage liver disease (Child-Pugh C); platelets <50x109 / L; severe nervous system Disease; Significant heart disease (ejection fraction <50%); Malignant tumor, short life expectancy; pregnant or puerperal women; unable to provide informed consent.
