Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Types of restaurants: Chinese restaurants; (2) Agreement should be signed to ensure its participation of at least two assessment surveys and 1-year intervention activities; (3) Complete records of salt purchase and usage should be provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Restaurants that currently participate in other nutrition interventions; (2) Restaurants that encounter any economic, administrative or other issues which might have an impact on intervention and follow up.
