Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged > 65 years old; junior high school and above education level; ASA I-III; general anesthesia; operation time >3 hours; preoperative awareness and fluent language expression of all patients; patients and their families signed informed consent to anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: MMSE was lower than 23; severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, infectious diseases, infection and dehydration; severe systemic diseases; visual, auditory and language communication disorders; cognitive impairment, delirium, epilepsy and mental disorders or family history above; having sedatives and psychotic drugs for a long-term.
