Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary surgery; 2. On thin layer CT, the lesion satisfies one of the following conditions; (1) pure ground glass nodule; (2) non-pure glass nodules with a solid component of less than 50%; (3) the distance between the solid components of the lesion and the visceral pleura is more than 1cm, including solid nodules and ground glass nodules; 3. Patients agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients combined with pneumothorax or pleural effusion, CT guided lung puncture cannot be performed; 2. The location of lesion is obscured by rib or scapula; 3. There are large vessels around the lesion, puncture may pass through the vessels; 4. The lesion is close to the pleura and has pleural retraction sign, which may be directly seen in the operation.
