Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. Confirmed severe hepatitis; 3. Patients with informed consent and signature of informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. High variability of clinical outcomes due to cases transferred to other medical institutions after treatment but not recorded or controlled by other medical institutions; 3. Coagulation factor deficiency disease, thrombocytopenia; 4. History of severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, tumor and other important organ diseases; 5. Lung infection, urinary tract infection, wound infection at admission; 6. May die within 1 hour after admission; 7. Burn surface area = 20% or suspicious inhalation injury; 8. Participated in other clinical studies.
