Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV; (3) The characters of stool are Bristol1, 2, 3 (typical constipation) and 4, 5, 6 (non-typical constipation); (4) patient who is according to TCM diagnosis of gastrointestinal dampness and heat; (5) sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a woman who is pregnant, preparing for pregnancy or lactation; (2) patient who has serious heart,brain and kidney diseases and in the situation of generally poor or organ failure; (3) patient who has diabetes,hypothyroidism and long-term use of drugs affecting constipation; (4) Gastrointestinal organic diseases, such as intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal obstruction, intestinal cancer, etc.
