Experimental group :The high-risk genotype will be given low molecular weight heparin sodium 0.4ml through subcutaneous injection once daily for 5 days, combined with physical prevention (heat compre
the low-risk genotype would only be given heat protection.
Control group:heat compress 30 minutes a time, 2 times a day for 1 week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients were adult lung cancer patients who are going to have a catheterization of PICC, whose life expectancy was over 3 months and no significant abnormal organ function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Venous thrombus formed before PICC placement, recent use of anticoagulants, pregnant, lactating women and patients who were in process of other clinical trials.
