18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ulcerative colitis is in clinical remission stage; 2. Aged 18-80 years old; 3. can endure clonscopy; 4. voluntarily join the experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients whoes endoscopic score for UC is more than 2; 2. gastrointestinal malignancies or DALM; 3. other organs with tumors; 4. patients suffering from disease like coagulation dysfunction, renal insufficiency, serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 5. fluorescein allergy; 6. pregnant and lactating women; 7. no legal capacity or having medical and ethical reasons affect the study continues.
