18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-65 years old; (2) Imaging confirmed positive stones of the upper ureter, the number of stones is 1, the largest diameter of 0.8-2cm; (3) Agree to participate in this clinical study, complete postoperative follow-up and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intraoperative ureteral stenting, ureteroscopic lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, open stone surgery, etc. in the past 3 months; (2) Uncontrolled systemic bleeding disorders, including ongoing use of anticoagulants, uncontrolled urinary tract infections or renal insufficiency (creatinine values greater than 265 umol/l), severe hip deformities, and difficulty in lithotomy; (3) Comorbidities that interfere with the participation or completion of the study, e.g. myocardial infarction, stroke, congestive heart failure, severe chronic respiratory lung disease, cancer, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, pregnancy, severe systemic diseases or psychosis; (4) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to enrollment.
