Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Non-invasive tumors, regardless of lesion size; (2) Different diameter intramucosal cancer with lesion diameter = 2cm and no ulcer; (3) Differentiated intramucosal cancer with a lesion diameter > 2 cm and no associated ulcer; (4) Differentiated intramucosal cancer with lesion diameter =3cm and combined with ulcer; (5) Undifferentiated intramucosal cancer with lesion diameter = 2 cm and no associated ulcer; (6) Differentiated superficial submucosal carcinoma with lesion diameter =3cm (sm1, submucosal infiltration depth =500µm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Antibiotics were used within 3 weeks before surgery; (2) Prophylactic use of antibiotics is required according to the American Heart Association guidelines; (3) There is an immunodeficiency state; (4) Age <18 years old or older than 70 years old; (5) There are lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; (6) Combine heart, lung, kidney, brain, blood and other serious diseases of serious organs; (7) There is a tendency to severe bleeding; (8) There is no informed consent; (9) There are contraindications for endoscopic operation.
