Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. female aged 18-70 years; 2. ECOG = 1; 3. Invasive breast cancer confirmed by histopathology; immunohistochemical results of ER, PR and HER2; 4. Premenopausal or postmenopausal ER and/or PR positive breast cancer patients who are about to undergo endocrine therapy with tamoxifen; 5. Have normal tissue and organ function: Bone marrow function:ANC must be =1.5×109 /L; platelet count must be =100×109 /L; hemoglobin must be =10g/dL; Renal function: Serum creatinine must be = 1.5ULN in the local laboratory; liver function:Total bilirubin =1.5ULN; AST =2.5ULN, ALT =2.5ULN; 6. Sign written informed consent form; 7. Have good compliance and voluntarily provide case information; 8. Collect EDTA anticoagulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of other malignant tumors (except for cervical carcinoma in situ, squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, and basal cell carcinoma of the skin); 2. Receiving or accepting other biological or immunotherapeutic agents in the future; 3. Those with seriously bad functions of vital organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; 4. A patient who is pregnant or unwilling to contraception during treatment; 5. Patients known to be intolerant or allergic to taxanes.
