20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Plan to pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in International Peace Maternity and Child Health 2. Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, School of Medicine; 3. Retrieving occytes induced by controlled ovarian hyperstimulation; 4. Undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer; 5. Able to read, understand and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Woman older than 40 years; 2. Foreigners; 3. Undergoing mixed transfer cycles; 4. Undergoing preimplantation genetic diagnosis or preimplantation screening; 5. Receiving donated oocytes or sperm.
