65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade II-III; 2. aged 65-80 years old, BMI 19-24 kg/m2; 3. Laparoscopic radical resection of rectum and descending colon; 4. Cardiopulmonary function and biochemical examination showed no obvious abnormality; 5. denied a history of drug allergy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuropsychiatric patients; 2. Arrhythmia patients; 3. Severe uncontrolled hypertension(SBP=180 mmHg or DBP=110 mmHg). 4. Peripheral vascular diseases and contraindication of arterial catheterization. 5. The operation lasted less than two hours.
