Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It accords with the diagnosis of cerebral infarction in western medicine and the diagnosis of ischemic stroke in TCM; 2. Aged 30-80 years old; 3. The onset time is less than half a year; 4. the NIHSS score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale is more than 4-24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack (TIA); 2. Elimination of vertebral basilar artery infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 3. the stroke patients caused by brain tumor, brain trauma and hematopathy were confirmed by examination; 4. combined liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious diseases and osteoarthropathy; 5. Mental disorders or severe dementia; 6. Patients with mental disorders.
