Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All of the patients in the study were conforming to the diagnostic criteria for cerebral apoplexy at the fourth national cerebrovascular conference, and were confirmed as a single left hemispheric stroke (hemorrhage or infarction) lesion by cranial MRI or CT. 2. The aphasia quotient(AQ) of WAB was lower than 93.8 to determine the presence of aphasia; 3. aged 18-76 years, and the education level was primary school and above; 4. The course was 0.5-24 months; 5. Right handedness assessed by Edinburgh Handedness Questionnaire (1972); 6. Vision and hearing were normal or normal after correction; 7. Simple instructions can be understand(e.g. "Tell me what this picture is, please." ); 8. Simple movements can be done by at least one side of the body; 9. Remain seated at least 30 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other psychiatric and serious neurological diseases; 2. Important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney had serious diseases or functional failure. 3. Metal implant such as heart pacemaker was in vivo. 4. Complete aphasia with severe verbal apraxia(can not repeat word); 5. The listening comprehension was too severe to complete simple instructions; 6. Can not be cooperative during examination; 7. Refuse to sign the consent form.
