40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 65 years old; 2. ASA score I, II; 3. Voluntarily consent to participate the study 4. Scheduled to recieve hip and knee surgery under monitored anesthesian care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Seondary surgery during the study 2. Be allergic to alpha-2 receptor agonistsuch as dexmedetomidine 3. History of drug abuse, alcohol or opioid abuse; 4. Other experimental drugs or other clinical trials were taken in the first three months of the study; 5. Combined with bradyarrhythmia or serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 6. Unable to cooperation with the study procedure
