18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 patients with elective thoracolumbar fusion, male and female aged > 18 years, BMI 20 ~ 27 kg / m2, ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver and kidney function is abnormal; 2. Mental illness; 3. Has a long history of taking analgesic drugs; 4. Bleeding, abnormal blood coagulation; 5. Allergic to local anesthetics. Perioperative surgery or serious anesthesia complications or accidents, can not be well matched with visual analogue scores.
