20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Woman aged from 20 to 40 years old; 2. Oligo/amenorrhea for at least 4 months; 3. An elevated FSH level>25 IU/l on two occasions > 4 weeks apart; 4. Routine treatment including hormone replacement therapy and non-hormone replacement therapy (phytoestrogens, traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture) have limited effect on POI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Genital tuberculosis; 2. Chronic debilitating or hemorrhagic diseases; 3. Chromosomal abnormal; 4. Postoperation of malignant ovarian tumor; 5. Chocolate cyst of ovary; 6. Infertility factors such as uterine factors ( myoma of uterus, adenomyosis and hydrosapinx) and factors affecting embryo implantation.
