Group 1:General anesthesia with normal saline SGB

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The ASA physical status I–II patients were selected to undergo shoulder arthroscopic surgery in beach chair position, regardless of gender, and aged from 18 to 70 years. The patients had normal heart and lung function, liver and kidney function, and no cognitive impairment, mental or neurological diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI>30 kg / m 2, HB<10.0 g / dl, poor control of hypertension, coagulation dysfunction, not suitable for nerve block
