18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients with DDH who have come to our hospital for total hip replacement; 2. Aged at least 18 years; 3. There is LLD larger than 2 cm before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. bilateral hip joint obvious lesions; 2. there are other diseases that can affect the stability and structure of hip, knee joint and its surroundings: rheumatic diseases, severe knee osteoarthritis, etc.; 3. patients refuse to participate in the research.
