Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients of cerean section, American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical status I or II; term delivery; single live delivery; and no history of epidural anesthesia. Women with an allergy to ropivacaine and/or sufentanil and those with systemic infectious diseases, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, and other diseases affecting basic metabolism, were not included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to local anesthetic; 2. abnormal coagulation function; 3. abnormal liver kidney function; 4. history of nerve or muscle abnormalities; 5. mental illness; 6. unable to understor to express VAS pain scores correctly;
