Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with unsealed hole about 2 weeks after macular hole surgery. Patients whose whole body conditions are good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active inflammation in eyes; 2. Corneal opacity; 3. Bleeding tendency; 4.All other conditions which seriously affect the operation.
