18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Signed informed consent; 2) = 15 years old; 3) Gram-positive bacteremia were diagnosed or suspected to be infected for 2 days or more before using vancomycin or daptomycin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnant or lactating women; 2) pneumonia; 3) creatinine clearance rate (CLCR) is less than 30ml/min; 4) the researchers assessed those who might not follow the plan; 5) allergic or intolerant to the drugs.
