Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with kidney stones who have lumbar symptoms or have caused renal pelvis and renal pelvis obstruction; 2. The size of the stone <=1.5cm; 3. Patients with ESWL failure or who are not suitable for RIRS and are willing to undergo percutaneous nephrolithotomy; 4. Multiple kidney stones requiring multi-channel management; 5.Kidney calf diverticulum stones, repetitive renal malformations, horseshoe kidney, transplant kidney stones, pediatric kidney stones; 6. No obvious impairment of renal function before surgery; 7. The patient can tolerate prone position surgery (no obvious cardiopulmonary insufficiency); 8. The patient is younger than 70 years old; 9. The subjects were free of mental illness and language dysfunction, were able to understand the situation of this study, and had signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor blood sugar and blood pressure control; 2. Taking anticoagulant drugs and coagulation disorders; 3. Uncontrolled urinary tract infection before surgery; 4. kidney stones in pregnant women; 5. Elderly and frail patients who have failed to undergo prone percutaneous renal surgery.
