Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) older than 40 years of age; 2) neurological examination by neurologists, without symptoms and signs of nervous system; 3) in order to make the study sample close to the natural reality, the participants may have risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes. 4) Non-specific neurological symptoms such as dizziness, headache, tinnitus and syncope may be included in the past, but these symptoms should not persist at the time of evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) previous stroke or other nervous system diseases; 2) severe heart, lung, liver, kidney or neoplastic diseases; 3) existing autoimmune diseases.
