Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-70 years old; 2. Body mass index 24-35Kg/m2; 3. Waist circumference: male is equal to 85CM, female is 80cm; 4. No lipid and hypoglycemic drugs were used during the screening; 5. LDL-c>3.37 mmol/L and TC>5.18 mmol/L; or TG>1.7 mmol/L; or HDL-c5.18 mmol/L and TG>1.7 mmol/L; 6. Willing to maintain a stable diet and physical activity level during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. TG > 5.65mmol/L, with target organ damage caused by hyperlipemia, secondary hyperlipemia, homozygous hyperlipidemia. HbA1c > 8.5%, or ALT and / or AST greater than 3 times, or CREA > 1.5; 2. pregnancy; 3. Antibiotics and microecological agents (probiotics, probiotics, etc.) and PPI inhibitors were taken within 4 weeks before the specimens were retained; 4. Patients with digestive system diseases (IBS), gastrointestinal dysfunction, inflammatory bowel diseases (such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease), colon and rectal cancer) are treated with any other known or potential lipid-regulating drugs, herbal preparations or dietary supplements (such as whey protein, beta-glucan and polyphenols); 5. Allergy to research products.
