Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with sputum bleeding by clinical complaints combined with visual examination, anal digital examination or anal microscopy; 2. Clinical judgment of the first degree of internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids without surgical treatment, and other patients with hemorrhoids who refused surgery; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years; 4. Those who voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanying other diseases: 1) anal and rectal lesions, such as anal fissure, anal fistula, perianal abscess; 2) acute gastrointestinal infections; 3) have a history of serious gastrointestinal diseases, such as: Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, digestive system tumor, pyloric stenosis, gastric shunt, etc.; 4) liver failure, renal failure; 5) Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure or other serious systemic diseases, who are judged to be unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator; 2. Drug related: 1) Those who are known to have a history of allergies involving drugs in this study; 2) Those who are taking antiplatelet drugs or anticoagulants; 3) Patients with alcohol and drug dependence; 4) All kinds of suppositories or diosmin have been used in the first month before enrollment. 3. Infectious disease symptoms, epilepsy, pregnant women and lactating women, people with mental disorders. 4. Participated in other clinical trials within three months
