Group 1:Continuous intraoperative injection of dexmedetomidine during surgery

Group 2:Continuous pumping of saline during surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighty children with cleft palate repair were selected; ASAI-II grade; aged 1-3 years old; body weight 10-15kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital heart disease, recent respiratory and pulmonary history, allergic asthma, and children who are allergic to dexmedetomidine.
