Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The onset time is less than 6 hours; (2) Computed tomography angiography (CTA)/magnetic resonance angiography (MRA)/digital subtraction angiography (DSA) confirmed the occlusion of the middle cerebral artery M2 segment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) CTA/MRA/DSA clearly shows that the responsible vessel is an acute cerebral infarction with non-M2 segment occlusion; (2) important organ failure, or suffering from malignant tumors with a long-term life of <1 year; (3) There are severe white matter lesions, abnormal signals are fused into slices, diffusely distributed in the white matter area of the brain, and interfere with the target blood vessels and patients with responsible blood vessels; (4) Patients and their families refuse to receive mechanical thrombectomy.
