Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged from 18-75y; cI-IV operable oral squamous carcinoma patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No consents; patients refuse operation; bad health condition;metastasis;inopeable; female in pregnat and lactation period; patients suffer HIV,lymphomas,leukemia and immune deficiency.
