control group:erector spinae plane block with 25 ml of normal saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighty-two female participants (ASA status I or II, aged 18-65 years) scheduled for elective unilateral breast cancer surgery were assessed for study eligibility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With history of allergy to local anesthetics, infection near the puncture site, chronic opioid use, inability to communicate, and other reasons that not appropriate for this study.
