Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 15~75 years old; 2. routine B-ultrasonography, CT, magnetic resonance water imaging and retrograde pelvic angiography were confirmed as ureteral stenosis; 3. had lumbar abdominal pain and other symptoms; 4. double renal radionuclide examination confirmed the presence of lateral renal dysfunction; 5. ureteral stenosis was caused by: (1) Stenosis of congenital renal pelvic ureteral junction; (2) Stone Embedding, inflammatory stimulation and surgical injury after stenosis; (3) Transplantation of renal ureteral stenosis in three categories; 6. only one side of the ureter stenosis and only a narrow; 7. ureteral stenosis length =2.0 Cm; 8. no upper urinary tract tumor and other mergers; 9. volunteered to participate in the study and signed an informed consent statement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. General situation is poor, heart, lung and other important visceral complications can not tolerate the operation; 2. coagulation mechanism abnormalities have surgical taboos; 3. ureteral stenosis has stone residue or polyps, etc.; 4. ureteral stenosis is the cause of adhesion compression around the operation area, ureteral motility, ureteral muscular stenosis and ureteral compression around the ureter, etc.; 5. vena cava posterior ureter; 6. active urinary tract infection; 7. ureteral atresia; 8. pregnant women; 9. mental disorders and other reasons can not comply with the doctor's instructions to cooperate with the surgeon. Those who meet any of the above may not be included.
