control group:none
Vein group:Intravenous infusion supple the physiologically maintained fluid volume during preoperative fasting, namely (4-2-1) principle
Oral group:Oral carbohydrate 5ml/kg before operation two hours

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over the age of 65, both men and women; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists’ physical status I–III; 3. BMI < 30; 4. Patients without any severe respiratory or cardiovascular diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal obstruction; 2. Arrhythmia; 3. Poor quality of echocardiography images; 4. Patients with high risk of reflux and aspiration; 5. ASA III but still unstable after some treatment.
