Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to understand and willing to sign an IRB approved written informed consent document; 2. At least 18 years of age; 3. Histologically or cytologically confirmed advanced breast cancer patients with records of ER/PR and HER2 statues. KPS>70, life expectancy > 12 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer in situ; 2. Early stage breast cancer patients; 3. History of significant cardiac disease, cardiac risk factors, or uncontrolled arrhythmias; 4. Having a history of uncontrolled paroxysmal diseases, including central nervous system diseases or mental disorders which may have an impact on the understanding and signature of informed consent; 5. Uncontrolled acute infection; 6. Any other condition that investigator considers inappropriate to participate in this trail.
