Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers who volunteered to participate in the operation of intravenous ultrasound localization and anatomic localization or palpation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged <18 years old; 2. The puncture site had a history of operation; 3. Patients who have undergone venipuncture catheterization; 4. There were hematoma or infection at the puncture site; 5. There was trauma near the puncture site; 6. Subcutaneous emphysema; 7. Mentally abnormal or unable to cooperate.
