Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants, with a gestational age of 33-36W, stable vital signs and no sedative; 2. Hospital stay is longer than a week; 3. Parents agree to participate in this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants with congenital diseases such as congenital malformations, congenital genetic metabolic disease, blue type of congenital heart disease, patent ductus arteriosus, etc.; 2. Various surgical treatment; 3. Severe asphyxia and rescue; 4. Cranial ultrasound and imaging tip III - IV degree of intracranial hemorrhage, serious cerebral white matter lesions, softening and other serious brain damage brain white matter disease; 5. Abnormal brain waves by EGG; 6. Red protein HGB < 90 g; 7. Breathing machine has a ventilation treatment; 8. Severe bronchial lung function dysplasia (BPD).
