Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with Western diagnostic criteria for psoriasis vulgaris; (2) Comply with the syndrome differentiation standard of psoriasis blood stasis syndrome; (3) No new skin lesions appeared in the past two weeks, and the lesions were mainly plaque-type; (4) The condition is mild and moderate, and the lesion area is = 10% of the body surface area; (5) The stage of illness is the stationary phase and the extinction phase; (6) Aged between 18 and 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) In the past month, glucocorticoids and / or immunosuppressive drugs, and retinoic acid drugs or two-week glucocorticoid preparations, calcineurin inhibitors, retinoids and vitamin D3 derivative preparations; 2) Blood stasis certificate and heat holder; 3) pregnant or lactating women; 4) Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illnesses such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and hematopoietic systems; 5) Those who are allergic to research drugs; 6) Patients with severe fainting and halo; 7) Patients who have not agreed to participate in other drug clinical trials without the study doctor
