Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of conventional medicine; 3. Compliance with TCM syndrome diagnosis standards; 4. Patients were divided into different groups according to the purpose of clinical trial and the characteristics of the disease in each phase; 5. Sign the informed consent to enter the study, and actively cooperate with and complete the clinical observer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for femoral head necrosis; 2. Cases that do not fall within the scope of drug action; 3. Patients with transient synovitis, femoral head epiphysis and bone tuberculosis; 4. Those who refuse oral Chinese medicine; 5. Breastfeeding or preparing for a pregnancy. 6. Allergic constitution and allergic history of various drugs; 7. Exclude patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental diseases; 8. Difficult to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of new drugs for various reasons.
