18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) emergency PCI during 12 hours of onset; (2) target lesions were implanted into the stent; (3) no reflow or slow flow (TIMI = 2) after stent implantation; (4) application of nitroglycerin in coronary artery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe heart failure (Killip 3 to 4); (2) severe hypotension (systolic blood pressure = 90 mmHg) or cardiogenic shock; (3) severe bradycardia (heart rate = 60 beats / min) Or II degree or more atrioventricular block); (4) severe chronic kidney dysfunction (serum creatinine > 3 mg / dL); (5) target lesions as left main disease; (6) intracoronary application of other vasodilation drugs except nitroglycerin; (7) contraindications for antithrombotic therapy.
