Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Refer to the diagnostic criteria of osteoarthritis in The Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2010 Edition) issued by the Chinese Rheumatology Association; 2. Grade II-III of Kellgren-Lawrence Radiographic Classification; 3. Aged 30-75 years, male and female; 4. Patients with VAS scores more than 4 (the full score is 10); 5. Patients who did not take any other medication or receive any relevant treatment within two weeks, otherwise required a washout period of 7 days; 6. The patients agree to participate in the trial and signs the informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. None primary osteoarthritis of knee (e.g. Secondary osteoarthritis of the knee; Inflammatory or other rheumatic diseases); 2. Patients who have trauma, surgery, meniscus or ligament damage, severe joint deformity on Knee joint; 3. Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, lung, liver, spleen, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, tumors, hemorrhagic diseases and mental diseases; 4. Patients with other diseases who do not cooperate with the examination and receive quantitative evaluation; 5. Pregnancy and lactating women; 6. Patients with acupuncture cicatricial or sensitive constitution.
