18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18-60 years old; 2. elective cardiopulmonary bypass patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. emergency surgery patients; 2. patients with a history of cardiac surgery; 3. patients with severe lung disease; 4. BMI>30 or 40mmhg; 5. patients with ascorbic acid allergy; 6. urinary calculi patients; 7. Participate in other experiments.
