20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female under 80 years of age; 2. ECOG score=2; 3. Diagosis of Bismuth I/II hilar cholangiocarcinoma combined with caudate lobectomy or not during 2008-2018 4. The tumor mainly located in the central region of porta hepatis, tumor were not invade the liver parenchyma, portal vein, and its bifurcation; 5. No metastasis of distant lymph nodes, such as the mesenteric root could be found; 6. Willing and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During the operation, bilateral liver metastasis, distant organ metastasis or peritoneal metastasis were found; 2. The metastasis of lymph node has exceeded the scope of radical resection; 3. Tumor invaded the branches of bilateral bile duct, and radical resection could not be performed; 4. Bilateral or bifurcation or the trunk of the portal vein are extensively invaded, and vascular reconstruction cannot be performed; 5. A large amount of ascites was found during the operation, and the patient could not tolerate any major operation; 6. There are any other serious diseases that may affect the patient's treatment, follow-up or evaluation, Including heart, lung, kidney, digestive, nervous, mental, immune, metabolic, and infectious diseases.
